Enquiries and reviews

When you send a review, we use your details to verify or respond. We publish a review and first name only if you tick the permission box. Reviews are not published automatically. Our form-delivery provider sends your submission to our inbox and may process it outside New Zealand. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

Optional analytics

If you choose Allow, Google Analytics uses cookies and receives pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device and browser type, scrolling and general actions. It never receives your review text, rating, name or email. Google may process this information overseas.

Your choice and retention

Analytics is optional and declining it does not affect the review form. Your browser remembers the choice and you can change it here at any time. Analytics event data is kept for 14 months.
